ZYOPTIX HD PRK 7D+ is an advanced, single-laser surface treatment. It is an excellent choice if you want sharp vision with precise laser technology, without incisions or flap formation. Dioptre correction is performed with exceptional precision and gentleness by Bausch + Lomb’s most advanced laser, the Teneo™ 317 M2 with 7D+ eye tracking system. During the procedure, the outermost layer of the cornea is removed, followed by laser dioptre correction to achieve ideal refraction. The treated surface heals within a few days. During this time, you may experience discomfort, a foreign body sensation and sensitivity to light. Sharp vision develops gradually.
Unlike conventional surface treatments, ZYOPTIX HD PRK 7D+ also corrects higher-order aberrations (HOAs)—subtle, individualized refractive errors that can affect night vision, contrast, and overall visual quality.
