ZYOPTIX HD Touch Free 7D+ is one of the most advanced surface vision correction procedures, where the treatment is completely touch-free – no mechanical devices or manual intervention directly touch the cornea. This is a particularly gentle solution for those seeking the safest and most precise procedure available.
During the procedure, the removal of the epithelium and dioptre correction are performed in a single step with micron precision by Bausch + Lomb’s most advanced laser, the Teneo™ 317 M2 with 7D+ eye tracking system.
This technology not only corrects dioptres, but also minor, individual refractive errors of the eye, known as higher-order refractive errors. The treatment is based on the eye’s ‘optical fingerprint’ using state-of-the-art wavefront technology.
The treated surface re-epithelializes within a few days. During this period, you may experience discomfort, a foreign body sensation, and light sensitivity. Sharp vision develops gradually.
