The ZYOPTIX HD Femto 7D+ treatment is 100% laser-based. During the eye surgery, the VICTUS femtosecond laser uses a computer-controlled laser beam to create a protective flap on the upper part of the cornea, and then the diopter correction is performed with exceptional precision and gentleness by Bausch + Lomb’s most advanced excimer laser, the Teneo™ with 7D+ eye tracking system.
This treatment programme corrects not only dioptres but also higher-order refractive errors, resulting in sharper, more contrast-rich and more natural vision – even in low light conditions. The treatment is based on the eye’s ‘optical fingerprint’ using state-of-the-art wavefront technology.
